Have you ever had construction and in the "walk through" you have nothing to change? That was our experience. Tristin and his crew are amazing! A most professional group of gentlemen. They literally changed our lake home creating a wonderful new first floor while also putting in a sunroom over the lake. In a word, MAGNIFICENT. Tristin and his dad Steve knew exactly what we wanted and they delivered. This three generation local company will forever be "our go to team" on any further construction projects. Without hesitation, we give them Five Stars!

I had a major issue with a deck for my pool to the point that it was unsafe and about to collapse. When the deck was first constructed in 2022 the stairs were never secured properly and they sent one person back who couldn't secure it and would be back to fix it. They never returned and never called me back. This year the whole deck was twisted and leaning. The original company is no longer in existence. C&S came over and pretty much rebuilt the deck better than the original company. They were prompt, professional and really went above and beyond to make sure that my deck was sturdy, straight and safe. I would recommend then to anyone. They are really wonderful to work with and know what they're doing. The whole crew worked well together and knew exactly what they needed to do without any issues at all. The deck is beautiful and now safe. They are above the rest in my opinion. Anything I may need to have done I will be having them do it.

Steve, Tristan, and their crew have completed several jobs for our family over the last several years including an outdoor bath house for our wedding venue as well as full demo and framing of a 1910 Victorian in the North End of Manchester. They're very responsive (especially in an emergency), capable of anything, and reliable. We will be using them for future projects including the venue and house!

Outstanding! They showed up ahead of schedule. Steve and Tristan are wonderful communicators, they made everything easy for us and made us feel important. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. We had a room finished, all new flooring installed, lighting installed, closets added, a bathroom expanded and improved.
